Do you combine shipping?
In a way, shipping is already combined since our shipping rate is calculated by weight through the USPS shipping modules.

How long do I have to cancel my order?
Not long at all. Each business day, I leave to ship at approximately 2:30 p.m. central time. If you contact me by phone (281-415-4567) before 2:30 p.m., I can pull your order out of my orders to be shipped and issue a refund. Please follow-up with an email requesting the cancellation, but definitely call me by phone as soon as you have decided to cancel, just in case I have left early to ship and have not yet shipped the order. What's with your shop name and how in the world is it pronounced?
Kuchie's Treasures was formed from a nickname from a prior job. Since my last name is Kuchenbecker (cook-n-becker), they called me "Kuchie" (cookie), as there were 2 Lynn's in the department. So when I left corporate America to finish raising the last of my 7 children, I established the name Kuchie's Treasures in fond memory of a cherished nick-name given to me by some absolutely awesome co-workers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal and Google Checkout only. PayPal has the option to use credit cards without signing up for an account. With Google Checkout, you must sign up for an account. You can contact me with questions at kt.ecrater@kuchiestreasures.com

Do you accept returns?
Yes! Please email or call me first with the reason for the return. If there is an error in shipping or a defective product, I pay the return shipping and issue a full refund, or ship the correct item - whichever is your preference.

How quickly will I receive my item?
I ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment and ship USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, so typically you should receive your item within 2-3 business days with Priority, or 2-5 business days with 1st Class Mail. There are, of course, exceptions during busy postal periods when delivery may be a day or two longer, but that is not typical.
Obviously, shipping will not occur on a Postal Holiday. The 2010 Post Office Holidays are as follows:

Why should I shop at an Ecrater store?
It's so easy! You are not required to register for an account before purchasing, therefore do not have yet another ID and password you have to remember to shop again. Whatever you can find on "the other big site" is probably in an Ecrater store and offered at a better price as we are not charged hideous transaction and listing fees. Most of us are conscientious store owners and very much appreciate your business by serving you with impeccable customer service. I would appreciate very much if you could leave feedback for my shop or the item purchased, and your shopping experience with us. Obviously, if you are dissatisfied with anything about our transaction, please contact me before leaving feedback to allow me to work with you and solve whatever dissatisfactory issue has arisen. I would love to leave feedback for you, however since you do are not required to "register" before purchasing, there is no feedback system for customers, because they do not have an account.
